With a history of working in health and education settings, I found myself on an introductory counselling course whilst working in a local secondary school and found it so valuable, I decided to continue the training.
I have worked as a Counsellor for Wiltshire Mind since 2010 which has enabled me to work with people with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviours, bereavement and questions around identity, purpose and direction.
After qualifying in 2011, I have continued to study extensively which allows me to incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs and priorities of the client.
